Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ৳150 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Tracking

If tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment details after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
